These terms govern your use of cscquizbank.com. By using the site you agree to them.
Accounts
Free accounts give you access to free practice tests, saved results and limited study tools. You're responsible for keeping your login secure; you can add a password from your dashboard at any time.
Paid access
All paid access is personal and non-transferable.
- Premium subscription. Premium costs C$207 a month per exam. Each subscription gives access to the one exam you choose at checkout (the exam shown on your receipt), and renews automatically every month at the same price, charged to the card you used, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Account page in your dashboard, or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you've already paid for, and you keep access until then. There is no minimum term. We don't refund partial months. If we ever change the price, we'll tell you at least 30 days before it applies, and you can cancel before then.
- Premium Yearly. Premium Yearly costs C$1,863 a year per exam (the price of 9 months of the monthly plan), gives the same access to the one exam you choose, and renews automatically every year at the same price, charged to the card you used, until you cancel. We email you a reminder before each renewal. You can cancel at any time from the Account page in your dashboard, or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the year you've already paid for, and you keep access until then. We don't refund partial years.
- More than one exam. To prepare for another exam, buy a separate subscription for it. Each subscription is billed and cancelled on its own.
- Earlier purchases. Plans bought before October 2026 keep the access period and terms they were sold with.
Referral program
Every account, including free accounts, gets a personal referral link. When someone who is new to CSCQuizBank opens your link, creates an account or checks out, and pays for a plan, you earn one referral ticket (one ticket per referred customer, on their first payment). Each ticket gives 14 days of full access to one exam you choose when you redeem it. Tickets have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged, and don't count toward the Pass Guarantee refund. Referring yourself, using multiple accounts, spam, or paid ads that bid on our name aren't allowed, and we may cancel tickets earned that way. We may change or end the program at any time; tickets you have already earned stay valid for 12 months.
Video lessons are added as they are released; they are not guaranteed for any particular exam by a particular date. Sharing accounts or redistributing content is not allowed.
Refunds
Paid access starts immediately and includes digital content you can use straight away, so all sales are final. We don't give refunds for a change of mind, for not using the service, or for not sitting an exam. The only refund we offer is the Pass Guarantee below. Nothing in these terms limits any refund right you have under the law where you live.
Pass Guarantee
If you meet every one of these conditions and don't pass, we refund 100% of the purchase price: answer every question in that exam's question bank (100% covered); read every study-notes topic for that exam; complete at least 2 full timed simulations, with your latest one at or above the exam's pass mark; reach a Readiness Score of 80 or higher (shown on your dashboard); sit the official exam while your access is active, and within 60 days of meeting the requirements above; email your official result notice within 30 days of your exam date.
- It covers your first official attempt at that exam after purchase.
- Requirements are checked against your dashboard data and activity history for the exam you sat. Rushed or random answering (for example, answering the bank far faster than anyone can read the questions) doesn't count.
- The refund is the price you paid us. Exam, enrolment and registration fees aren't covered.
- One refund per customer. The refund ends your access.
- Shared accounts and accounts used against these Terms aren't eligible.
- The guarantee applies to one exam of your choice that you studied for on CSCQuizBank. The refund is the subscription payments you made, and we cancel the subscription.
We decide eligibility from your dashboard data and the score report you send. We may ask for proof of identity matching the score report.
No affiliation
We are not affiliated with the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI), the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), Fitch Learning, Prometric or any securities regulator. Our questions are original practice material, not actual exam questions. Passing our practice tests does not guarantee that you will pass an exam or be approved or registered. Proficiency requirements are set by CIRO and the Canadian Securities Administrators and can change. Always confirm with your dealer and the regulator.

We work hard to keep content accurate. If you find an error, email [email protected] and we'll fix it.

Screenshots of the study dashboard show sample student data, not a real customer's results.
Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us.
